Indians have perfected the art of stampede. Nobody stampedes like Indians. Every few months there is news of Hindu pilgrims stampeding each other to death. This is ridiculous.

President Obama’s former adviser on health reform, Kavita Patel, explained the virtues of generic drugs. Patel is now with the Brookings Institute.
